电影海报除了用来宣传之外，也能让人感受到电影的气氛和风格，因此海报的设计也可视为独立的创作来欣赏。著名电影海报网站 IMP Awards 每年都会选出最佳和最差的电影海报，今届的总冠军是由BLT Communications, LLC创作的《Overlord》海报（上图），评审认为海报将血液做成降落伞和伞兵形状，简洁之余带出了二战的恐怖。
《Overlord》的海报同时也赢出了恐怖电影组，击败了Mandy、The Nun、A Quiet Place、Suspiria 四幅入围作品：
