Italian agent Gianfranco Cicchetti insists Premier League clubs should follow the lead of Newcastle United in focusing Spain's Segunda Division talent.
Newcastle currently boast Ayoze Perez and Florian Lejeune, both snapped up after being spotted in the Segunda, while Alaves striker Ruben Sobrino was on Manchester City's books for two years after being signed from Ponferradina.
Cicchetti, who boasts several players in Spain's second division, believes Premier League clubs can unearth some bargains by focusing on the Segunda this summer.
He told Tribalfootball.com, "LaLiga2 has always been rich with talented strikers.
"This season, there are mostly two players who are stealing the show. Raul de Tomas, a 1994, who has scored 15 goals with Rayo Vallecano, on loan from Real Madrid. And there's Jaime Mata, a 1988 striker at Real Valladolid, he's the top-scorer of the league with 24 goals."
Cicchetti also says: "I can name Carles Alena too, a 1998 midfielder of Barça B: (Ernesto) Valverde has already noticed him."
Valverde isn't alone, with Alena also a long-term target for Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.
