Mike Williams is in jeopardy of missing some game time.
The Chargers' rookie wide receiver will undergo an MRI on his injured right knee Friday after getting hurt in the team's win over the Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day, NFL Insider Ian Rapoport reported.
According to the report, Williams' ACL is intact but the team is concerned that he could be sidelined a few games.
After being limited in practice all week with a knee injury, Williams was carted off the field in the first quarter of Thursday's meeting and ruled out for the remainder of the game. He was later seen leaving the stadium using crutches with a large brace on his right leg.
Williams, who was selected out of Clemson by the Chargers with the No. 7 pick in this year's draft, had previously missed training camp and the first five games of the season with a lower back disc herniation suffered on the first day of rookie minicamp in May. He eventually made his debut on the road against the Raiders in Week 6.
Williams, 23, has nine receptions for 84 yards in six games this season.
