West Ham and Arsenal fans are in agreement this evening.
Lucas Perez joined the Hammers in a £4million deal from the Gunners during the summer in an attempt to resurrect his career in England.
Having joined Arsenal in a £17million deal from Spanish side Deportivo La Coruna in 2016, Perez struggled to tie down a first team place under Arsene Wenger and even went out on loan to his former club Deportivo last season.
And when Unai Emery replaced Wenger as head coach at the Emirates, Perez was deemed surplus to requirements.

And he was on the bench once again today as West Ham picked up their first win of the season, beating Everton 3-1 at Goodison Park.
Perez was an unused substitute during the game, although that may be down to himself, rather than the manager.

And that has sent West Ham and Arsenal fans' tongues wagging on social networking site Twitter, with the Hammers fans suggesting he should be sent back to the Emirates, while the Gunners supporters now understand why he was sold.
